Drew Case is an accomplished criminal defense attorney with extensive courtroom experience and a proven record of advocacy on behalf of clients facing the most serious charges. Drew is a proud graduate of Clayton State University (B.S. summa cum laude) and Emory University School of Law (Editor-in-Chief, Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review).

In law school, he was an extern at the Office of the Attorney General of Georgia where he assisted representing the State with various habeas corpus petitions and appellate level work. Drew Case was an assistant district attorney for the Coweta Judicial Circuit focusing in the area of crimes against women and children. During his time as an assistant district attorney, he reied numerous felony cases before a jury and obtained favorable results. Drew defended and obtained favorable results on appeals before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Drew also served as a mentor and assisted with training new assistant district attorneys with trial preparation, identifying and evaluating evidentiary issues, and working a case to obtain favorable results.
